Infrastructure: - Our Biggest Strength The facility is designed for integrated Internet and voice-based support benchmarked to best international practices. The unique modular design of our workspace and dedicated infrastructure enables us to provide specifically demarcated space for each of our clients. We have installed capacities for seats of voice based services.
In keeping with our growth plans, we plan to create additional space and capacity at locations within manageable distances. The current Built – up area is approximately 1800 square feet.
SUN TECHNOSYS facilities are situated on a campus measuring about 1800 sq. feet. This provides adequate room to comfortably house 75 seats on a daily basis.
Apart from several motivational initiatives to maintain high employee satisfaction, we have also provided for getting the basic rights. One provider of canteen services competes on our campus to dish out the best meals and beverages to our teams. Home and point – to –point pick up and drop services by means of a fleet of vehicles is made available.
Redundant and scalable network architecture. One dedicated IPLC link with end-end Optical Fibre cable link with 2 Mbps (1:1) lease line connection. Redundant power and climate conditioning of our data center with dedicated TNEB Power supply UPS and DC generator for a 100% power backup. Computers and equipment currently available for 75 operative seats state of the art servers and software.
